Gazpacho Recipe

The gazpacho is a Mediterranean soup very easy to make and really delicious to enjoy, it is made with a lot of vegetable like tomatoes and parsley and uses also a bit of lemon, it is very rich in nutrients and has a unique flavor.

You will need: Tomato juice (4 cups) Onion (minced, 1) Green bell pepper (1, minced) Tomatoes (2 cups, chopped) Onions (2, chopped) Garlic (1 clove, minced) Lemon juice (3 tablespoons) Red wine vinegar (2 tablespoons) Tarragon (1 teaspoon) Basil (1 teaspoon) Fresh Parsley (1/4 chopped) White sugar (1 teaspoon) Salt (to taste) Pepper (to taste) How to do it: The recipe it is very simple, some could say even a child can do it, all you have to do it is take a blender and put the ingredients in it, these are the tomato juice, onion, bell pepper, cucumber, the full tomatoes, green onions, garlic, lemon juice, the red wine vinegar, also the tarragon, basil parsley, sugar, salt and pepper; blend them all very well, you have to see the ingredients are well combined but still have to be slightly chunky; then put this in a sauce pan and heat until boils after this you are all done.
Just leave to cool for a while and then serve, you can accompany this with a delicious wine and then you can enjoy it.
